Our public email contact is being repaired. For now, use the signed-in support ticket panel. If you cannot sign in, use your saved recovery code or the account email-reset option. Include the listing URL when relevant. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details or private logbook files.
Signed-in users can open Help & support to submit a ticket and read replies. Email notices may be sent to verified accounts; delivery and response times are not guaranteed.
Account verification: open your account screen and choose Verify email. For password recovery, choose Forgot password. Keep your recovery code secure.

Create or edit an aircraft listing
Choose Sell an aircraft and sign in to a seller account. Complete the listing steps, add your contact information, then save a draft and preview or publish. Seller accounts can resume drafts and edit listings from My listings, mark aircraft sold, remove an ad from the site immediately, or permanently delete their own listings.
Upload and enlarge photos
Sellers can add up to 50 JPG, PNG or WebP photos, up to 15 MB each. Choose categories and a cover in the photo step. Photos are resized to a maximum 2,048-pixel longest edge when saved. Buyers can select a thumbnail, click Enlarge photo, then zoom or use Previous/Next. The enlarged viewer also supports left/right arrow keys.
Add or watch a video
Sellers can upload one MP4 or WebM video up to 100 MB, or add a YouTube, Vimeo or direct HTTPS MP4/WebM link. An upload takes priority over a link. Provider videos must allow embedding; use the provider link if the player is unavailable. Playback depends on browser codec support. The Cessna sample contains a photo slideshow, not flight footage.
360° walkarounds and 3D models
A 360° exterior walkaround uses 4–72 ordered photos; 24–72 gives smoother coverage. Keep the aircraft centered as you walk around it. This is a photo sequence, not a reconstructed 3D model. True 3D uses an optional GLB or self-contained glTF 2.0 file up to 30 MB, with embedded textures and buffers. 3D viewing requires browser WebGL support.
Request private logbook access
Open a real aircraft listing to find its private logbook options. Sign in and save your name, email and phone before requesting access. The seller approves selected PDFs through that listing’s private conversation. Access lasts 24 hours from approval and can be revoked sooner. Newly uploaded PDFs need separate approval. A copied link does not grant access. The help assistant cannot open logbooks or grant permission.
Listing promotion and ad renewals
Aircraft ads are free through December 31, 2026. The sitewide promotion ends January 1, 2027, at midnight Central time; joining later does not start a new 90-day trial. From January 1, renewing each aircraft ad costs $20 for 30 days to keep it active. Buyers browse free. This is an ad-renewal charge, not an account membership. Paid checkout is not enabled yet; no card is required during the promotion and no automatic charges are created.
Sign in and choose buyer or seller tools
Use Log in / Sign up for the site account. New accounts start as buyers; seller setup enables seller tools. Messages, Saved and Favorites require sign-in, and My listings is seller-only. Hangar Vista manages email/password accounts. Save your recovery code when signing up. Email verification and emailed password resets are available. Recovery-code resets also work without email. Access to the private preview does not create a marketplace account.
Contact a seller
Sign in, open a real aircraft listing and choose Message seller. Listing conversations are private to their participants. Use the aircraft’s conversation for logbook requests and approvals. Fictional sample listings have no seller to contact. Do not share passwords or payment details in messages.
Favorites and saved searches
Signed-in buyers can click a listing’s heart or Save aircraft to add it to Favorites. Saved lets you name and save the current search filters. New matches are checked when you open Saved; reviewing them clears the new badge. Email alerts and background notifications are not currently configured.
Find aircraft and use distance filters
Search and filter by manufacturer, model, price, location, year, hours, engine time, equipment and available media. Missing specifications do not satisfy selected numeric or equipment filters. Radius search uses coordinates you enter or your location with permission; aircraft need seller-provided coordinates to appear in radius results. City/ZIP lookup is not configured. Specifications are seller-provided; verify condition, records and suitability independently.
Aircraft payments and billing help
Stripe checkout is awaiting connection. My listings includes one-time renewal and optional auto-renewal controls. Canceling auto-renewal preserves the paid expiration; Remove from site hides an ad immediately and stops future renewals. Ad renewal pricing is $20 for 30 days per aircraft ad after the sitewide promotion ends January 1, 2027. Buyers browse free. This assistant cannot collect payments, renew an ad or issue refunds. Aircraft prices are entered by sellers; the sample aircraft prices are fictional.
Troubleshoot an upload or missing feature
Check the file type and size, keep the listing form open, and retry the save. Completed uploads are skipped on retry in the same form session. Files selected but not uploaded must be selected again after reopening a draft. If account tools are missing, check whether you are signed in and whether seller setup is enabled. Signed-in users can submit a support ticket from Help & support and check the reply there. Verified accounts can receive email notices of support replies and messages; delivery is not guaranteed. Check the site for the full reply. No response time is promised.
